Turkish Airlines Compensation Delay Issue
Due to a flight delay with Turkish Airlines, they avoided paying compensation to me. After I reported them to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (SHGM), a decision was made that they should pay €100 per passenger. Instead of transferring the money to my account, Turkish Airlines issued a check. I received an email stating that I needed to fill out a form to request the check amount to be deposited into my account. I completed the form, but even after the promised 2 weeks, I have not received any update. Additionally, I learned that it would take another 4-6 weeks after the case is concluded. It is unacceptable for such a large company to avoid paying compensation and to treat its passengers in this manner. I urgently request that the compensation be transferred to my account.
