Connected2.me Account Banned and Years of Chats Suddenly Lost

I have been using my Connected2.me account with the username S2*** since around 2022, and two weeks ago I suddenly encountered a “User not found” error and realized that my account had been banned. I have not committed any violation of the rules, and this situation has deeply upset me because I love this application and use it actively. Over the years, I have met many friends through this account. I have around 1,000 chats and about 80 friends linked to this profile. These conversations and friendships are very valuable to me, and I always try to respect the platform’s rules while chatting with everyone. Since the ban, I have been contacting Connected2.me support every day, but the only response I receive is that my account is “under review” and it still has not been unlocked. I believe this ban is unfair, as I have not knowingly violated any rules and have been a loyal user of the application for years. I kindly request that my account be reactivated along with all my existing conversations and friend list. I want to continue using the application that I enjoy and where I have built many friendships, and I hope this issue will be resolved as soon as possible.
