Turkish Airlines Didn't Provide Transportation and Ignored the Feedback
My Hakkari to Ankara flight was canceled, and as an alternative, they offered me a Van to Ankara flight on the same day. When I inquired about how I would get from Hakkari to Van, THY services assured me they would provide transportation. However, the promised transportation never arrived, and I missed the Van flight.
To make matters worse, when I reached out to THY through their feedback system, I received no response. This has left me with no other option but to seek resolution through this platform.
I have already contacted THY multiple times, both through voice recordings and written communication, but their lack of response and inaction is disheartening.
Where has the airline's once-renowned quality control gone? Where is their commitment to customer satisfaction?
