Although the flight was 40 minutes away, they did not let me and my family on the plane, claiming we were late. Despite the fact that my spouse was on the same flight, they labeled me as 'late' and denied us boarding. To make matters worse, they made us buy 5 new tickets for our family of five. As if that wasn't enough, I had previously called their customer service for assistance, only to be told they couldn't help and had no idea who to contact. What is the point of having a call center if they can't provide a solution or assistance? I'm demanding an end to my ordeal as well as a refund for the Turkish Airlines tickets I purchased. Because of their lack of empathy and unhelpful attitude, this experience has turned into a nightmare.
