Turkish Airlines/Anadolu Jet Ticket Issue vs. Pegasus Airlines

Today, I will explain the difference between a public company and a private company. You will understand why developed countries have advanced so much, why they don't have public companies, state economic enterprises (KIT), or municipal economic enterprises (BIT), and why they delegate every task to the private sector. I bought a round-trip ticket from Istanbul Sabiha Gokcen Airport to Rize Artvin Airport. My outbound ticket was from Pegasus Airlines, and I found my return ticket with THY Anadolu Jet. However, three days before the flight, I had an emergency appendectomy at I**** V***** Training and Research Hospital. By the time I recovered, my Pegasus ticket had expired, but there was still time for my Anadolu Jet ticket. I thought I could at least save my Anadolu Jet ticket by postponing it, so I sent my medical reports to both Pegasus and Anadolu Jet simultaneously. Pegasus responded immediately, stating that I could use my ticket for a future date (paying the difference if applicable). I was very pleased because Pegasus had quickly resolved my issue. The next day, THY customer service also responded. They said the report and epicrisis documents I sent were not accepted because they were not stamped and requested that I resend them with a stamp and signature. However, Pegasus had reviewed the same documents and approved them immediately. I had no choice but to go from Tuzla to Sancaktepe in my post-surgery state to get the documents signed and upload them to the system. Several days have passed, and I still haven't received approval. When I look at the people I contacted, it seems no one cares. From the top general manager to the lowest employee in the public company, no one cares. In public companies, the future of employees and managers does not depend on providing better service to customers or increasing the company's profitability through R&D, etc. Since they know there will be no development where competition is not mandatory, such enterprises do not exist in developed countries.
