Turkish Airlines Unnotified Flight Ticket Cancellation

In October, I purchased round-trip flight tickets for four people for December using miles through the Gezkanatlan site. Later, I separated two of these tickets and put them on hold with the PNR code: SAGG77. In January, I informed that I would use this PNR for a flight on February 14th and return on February 18th. On February 6th, I called your call center to change the dates to February 13th for departure and February 17th for return. I paid the difference with my credit card. After this change, I received a new e-ticket and invoice. I also received flight information via SMS from Tkinfo. The new dates were visible in the 'My Flights' section of the Turkish Airlines mobile app. On the night of February 12th, when I tried to check-in for the flight, I encountered an error. When I called the call center, I was told that this ticket was either put on hold or canceled, with the cancellation date given as February 12th. When I asked who canceled it and through which channel, I received no answer. I requested this situation to be corrected. I was directed to fill out a form on your website. At 3 AM, I called again and asked if they could at least convert my held ticket to the February 14th flight, and they said they would get back to me. When I received no response by 5 AM, I purchased a new ticket for February 14th departure and February 17th return. Additionally, my 7-year-old son was on the same flight with a different PNR (SG3YXG). After buying the ticket, I had to change his ticket as well by paying a penalty. The flight was full after I bought it, meaning if I had waited for you, I wouldn't have found a seat. My new PNR code is: U46DFR. Based on the situation described above, I request detailed information on who canceled my ticket and through which channel, why I did not receive any message or email if the ticket was canceled, how it was still active in the mobile app, and why there was no refund on my credit card if it was canceled. Despite your website stating not to fill out the feedback form if there are less than 24 hours to the flight and to call the call center instead, why was I made to fill out the form? Additionally, I request a refund for the flight costs under the PNR code SAGG77, a refund for the new flight costs under the new PNR which I had to purchase at a very high price due to your fault, a refund for the penalty paid to change my 7-year-old child's ticket, and compensation for the one night's accommodation cost in Kars that I couldn't use due to this situation. I urge you to take steps to ensure customer satisfaction.
