Turkish Airlines Istanbul-Skopje Flight Cancellations and Refund Issues

Our Istanbul-Skopje/Istanbul flights scheduled between 05.01.2024 and 08.01.2024 were canceled twice. Additionally, due to the delayed SMS notifications, we had to go to the airport twice. When our flight was canceled the second time, we had to cancel our tickets as our vacation time was shortened. However, when we arrived at the airport to process the cancellation, we were told that no action could be taken since our tickets were purchased at the best price. We applied for a refund and were informed that the process could take up to 30 days. Since our hotel reservation was not charged on the day we canceled our tickets, we couldn't process the cancellation and refund at the airport. An employee at the Turkish Airlines ticketing office mentioned that we could get a refund for our hotel fee. However, when we saw that the money was charged and tried to process the refund, another employee said that the hotel fee could not be refunded and that we needed to find the person who initially told us otherwise. I believe Turkish Airlines operates under certain rules and that this is not up to the staff's discretion. Additionally, you mentioned that we couldn't get a refund for the fuel, parking, and international departure fees we paid to get to the airport, but only for the transportation expenses incurred during the waiting period. However, you do not accept the parking and fuel receipts we sent. As a result, we couldn't get any refunds for the hotel, tickets, fuel, and parking, and we have been waiting for about a month. We want to inform you that Turkish Airlines has caused us inconvenience by stating that no refunds will be made for flights canceled due to weather conditions, except for the airport waiting time. We are tired of constantly providing feedback or explaining the situation to the call center for the expenses we have incurred for about a month. We request that the process be completed as soon as possible and that our compensation rights be paid. We would like to express that we do not find it appropriate for a company like Turkish Airlines to cause such inconvenience to people.
