Turkish Airlines Refund Stuck in TKPay Wallet — Balance Shows but Cannot Withdraw Funds

I am writing regarding a refund of 507 USD that Turkish Airlines processed to my TKPay wallet on 28/11/2025. I was informed that I could withdraw this amount if I wished; however, this has not been possible. Although the 507 USD is clearly visible in my TKPay wallet balance, my available balance for withdrawal shows as 0 USD. I am based in Nigeria, and I do not have any plans to travel in the near future, so I need to be able to access this refunded amount. The refund was sent directly to my TKPay wallet by Turkish Airlines, and because of this, I no longer have access to the original ticket details. I contacted customer service about this issue, but it has been 7 days without any response. This lack of feedback and the fact that I cannot use or withdraw my own refund is causing me serious inconvenience. I kindly request that my TKPay wallet balance of 507 USD be made fully withdrawable without further delay, or that you provide a clear and immediate solution that allows me to access this money in cash form from Nigeria.
