I paid ₺5,656 for a THY TK7866 flight ticket from Istanbul to Sarajevo on 11.08.2023. I wanted to cancel the ticket 24 days before the flight, but when I asked for help from customer service, they offered me a ridiculously low amount of ₺1,100 as a refund. I do not accept this amount. There is no rule stating that a certain amount or percentage will be deducted for ticketing and ticket rules. You are calculating everything secretly and causing me inconvenience. You are deducting unnecessary expenses for a flight that hasn't even taken off and trying to refund me the minimum amount. There isn't even an authorized customer service representative available. I do not accept this ridiculously low refund amount. I am complaining about this issue. I will write my complaint everywhere until the issue is resolved.
