Turkish Airlines Ticket Refund Issue

Turkish Airlines purchased my ticket for 100 EUR and redirected me to the next flight. They promised to refund the 100 EUR immediately. However, at the time of the flight, they said there was no money at the office and that I could collect it from Sabiha Gokcen Airport upon arrival. When I got there, they told me the same thing and advised me to apply through their website. The website stated that applications would be answered within 7 days at the latest. As of today, it has been a full month with no response. I have called everywhere, and there is no proper communication. Additionally, the website is very confusing and demands excessive documentation. For example, they ask you to prove that the bank account is really yours. The last customer representative I spoke to said I could only get the payment either from the airport or through the website. There is no other way. I live in Izmit and cannot go to Sabiha Gokcen Airport every day to check if the money is available. This is extremely frustrating. I will never sell a ticket to Turkish Airlines again; they are seriously inconveniencing people.
