Turkish Airlines Ticket Issue After Earthquake
I am an earthquake survivor living in the affected region. Before the earthquake, I had purchased tickets, which I had to postpone after the earthquake because traveling was impossible. When I postponed the tickets, customer service informed me that I could change them for free until September 30. Now, when I want to use the tickets, they say they cannot be used, and they don't know why. The 11th customer service representative I spoke with told me that my tickets were not postponed and that I was marked as a no-show. I have never experienced anything like this; none of the customer service representatives had any information, and they are making me pay for their mistake. I was told that leaving feedback was my only option, but I urgently need to buy a ticket for 2 days later, and they said they would respond within 7 days. Who will solve my problem? It is shocking that Turkish Airlines is damaging its reliability like this.
