Turkish Airlines Ticket Cancellation Issue with GNS Travel Agency
GNS Travel Agency is making unfair profits under the guise of 'THY'. We experienced the same issue. They charged us for a canceled ticket claiming it was from 'THY'. We have filed complaints everywhere and encourage you to do the same. We contacted Akbank to request a refund for the tickets we purchased. We also applied to Consumer Rights. Hopefully, we will get a positive result. A similar situation happened to me. When I contacted THY, GNS pretended to be THY and charged me $562, while the normal price was $251. I found out that the company doesn't have an office. A person named F***** lied and didn't send my invoice. Additionally, this company uses THY's phone numbers. Someone reached out to me via WhatsApp from the number 5548****39. The address they provided is also fake: 49 Yesilyurt Mah., Sivas. I have reported my complaint to both Cimel and THY.
