Flight Cancellation and Extra Charges Issue of Turkish Airlines

My Istanbul - Stockholm flight booked through THY was canceled. I was informed about the cancellation one day before the flight. When I contacted customer service at 0850242 1431, the representative mentioned they could assist with a new flight ticket but requested a high fee of approximately ₺10,000 for each option provided. They ignored my rights in case of flight cancellation and pressured me to buy a new ticket for a fee. Knowing my rights, I requested a refund. However, for the ticket purchased with miles, I was told that I needed to pay a transaction fee of ₺8,200 to get these miles refunded, and that this fee would be reimbursed to my account later. To get my money back, I paid this fee, but the ₺8,200 was not refunded. Upon reviewing the subsequent invoice, I realized that the person I spoke with was from GNS Tur and had charged me for services that should have been free, causing me distress. I reported the situation to THY and am awaiting the outcome. I hope THY terminates their relationship with this company, prevents such issues in the future, and compensates for my loss.
