Unfortunately, the experience I had has left me profoundly dissatisfied. I followed the guidance provided by the customer representative, which ultimately prevented me from boarding the flight. I believe this direction was intentionally misleading, leading to a conscious obstruction of my ability to board the plane. I find the information provided during the guidance to be misleading and incomplete. As a result, I was deprived of my flight, and my travel plans were significantly disrupted.
I am filing this complaint to ensure that others do not encounter a similar experience. I request prompt resolution of the issue and preventive measures to avoid the recurrence of such situations.
