Turkish Airlines Reservation Problem For Free Ticket
Following my complaint 27604613, my wrongly issued ticket was changed to a free ticket. Now, I want to use it for a flight from Amsterdam to Ankara. However, THY is telling me to go to the closest sales office. There is no sales office in the Netherlands. It is unacceptable that I cannot make a booking online. This situation should have been anticipated and communicated to me. Initially, the ticket was incorrectly booked as "pass first," which was unusable. To fix it, it was converted to a free ticket, but now I can't make a reservation because I have to visit a sales office that doesn't exist here. Please provide support for a solution, THY, and stop making excuses. Thank you.
2 times in a row , they made mistake on ticket. Now it is so easy for Thy to that they cannot solve the problem. They are acting fake by acting like they are giving a ticket to apologise. I think from the beginning they make the ticket not usable on purpose. Obviously, THY does not care customer satisfaction anymore.
