Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation and Change Issue

I wanted to cancel my flight with PNR code WITP5B due to health reasons. I couldn't do it through the THY app. They told me to call customer service. When I called customer service, they said I needed to go to the sales office. In Samsun, the sales office is only located at the airport, which is a 45-minute drive each way, totaling an hour and a half round trip. When I got to the sales office, they told me that ticket changes couldn't be made there. I made the trip for nothing and couldn't change my ticket. Now, I wanted to cancel my flight with PNR code WNHU22 due to my wife's mother's passing, but it wasn't canceled. Since the flight time had arrived, I canceled the ticket myself. They are telling me that no further action can be taken. I ended up paying for two tickets without even boarding the plane.
