My Anadolu Jet flight TK7732 from Berlin scheduled for Thursday, April 4, 2024, was rescheduled to Friday, April 5, 2024, and I received a notification about this change. Immediately, I contacted customer service to reschedule my ticket back to April 4, as I had planned everything accordingly. The customer service representative informed me that since I purchased the ticket using a discount code, they couldn't process it immediately. They mentioned that my seat was reserved but the ticketing couldn't be completed. They said they emailed the relevant department and assured me that my ticket would be sent to me within a day. However, it has been a week, and I still haven't received my ticket. Currently, my spouse and I are booked on separate flights, which is an absurd situation. Every time I call customer service, they give me the same responses, and I am doubtful about the resolution. We don't want to travel on different days. We have filled out a feedback form regarding this issue and can provide the reference number if needed.
