On February 5, 2024, I tried to purchase a flight ticket for February 15 using my Canadian credit cards via the Turkish Airlines mobile app. Due to a system error, I couldn't complete the purchase with either card. However, when I checked my credit cards, I saw that ₺1167 was charged to each card separately. My bank informed me that this amount needs to be refunded by Turkish Airlines. Despite previously contacting you through feedback, no refund has been processed yet. Why hasn't the amount been refunded? I request that the amounts be refunded to both of my cards ending in 7992 and 0919, and I want this process expedited.

'In cases of system errors with the bank, the payment is blocked by the bank. When the fee is blocked, the payment cannot be processed, and the amount is automatically refunded to your account. Due to bank refund processes, it may take 2-7 business days for the blocked amount to be reflected in your account.'
I expect the payment of ₺1167.66 from each card, totaling ₺2335.32, to be refunded since the ticket was not issued. Both of my banks have informed me that Turkish Airlines, i.e., your bank, needs to either approve or cancel this transaction. Since the ticket was not issued, the transaction needs to be canceled. Please expedite this process and take the necessary action with your finance department. I request the amounts be refunded to my cards. I have been waiting for a refund for the failed transaction on February 5, and I want it processed as soon as possible.
