Turkish Airlines Canceled My Ticket Without Notice and Refused Refund

On October 25, 2024, I purchased a ticket from Turkish Airlines, only for them to cancel it without any explanation. They marked the ticket as open and sent an email claiming a refund would be processed within 2 to 7 days. However, despite several days passing, I still have not received my refund.

The ticket was for a flight to South America, but Turkish Airlines failed to provide any proper follow-up or resolution. If I hadn’t checked my email, I wouldn’t have even known that my ticket was canceled. This lack of communication and failure to return my money is unacceptable. I urge others considering purchasing tickets from THY to be cautious. I demand my refund immediately.
