Turkish Airlines Ticket Rescheduling Issue and Delayed Refund
Approximately two months ago, during the return leg of my Istanbul trip, I sought assistance from Turkish Airlines customer service to reschedule my ticket. However, due to a staff error, my ticket was moved to an earlier date instead of a later one. After several discussions and paying three times the additional fee, my ticket was corrected. It was acknowledged that the issue was not caused by me but was a staff error, and a small refund was promised. I have repeatedly contacted customer service and filled out numerous feedback forms for this refund. Although it was stated that the refund would be processed within two or three days, it has been over two months, and due to continuous staff errors, no refund has been issued. Turkish Airlines needs to address this issue promptly. It is essential to bring an end to this situation.
