Me, my husband and our baby bought a Baku-Ankara flight ticket on 05.07.2023 at 17:10. At 17:25 we passed the ticket office on the first floor. Then we went to the 3rd floor. During the check-in there, they said that the jams in our hand luggage cannot be taken into the hand luggage. And for this, they sent me to the 1st floor. There they said that the trunk was already closed and our jams could not be taken in the suitcase. Later, even though my little baby and I passed the check, they checked our stuff again on the 3rd floor. Then we made the final registration and came to the departure gate to board the plane. Employees there said that the plane had already taken off. But we were there at 17:00. The employees there ignored us and ignored us. My complaint is with the airline and security personnel. Why did they send us to the 1st Floor even though they knew that the flight time was short and the main luggage was closed? And if our ticket was burned, how did we register and be sent to the exit gate? And our name was not announced. We never heard of it. So, we need these images as well. When I wrote all this to Turkish Airlines, "For timely flights, our passengers must complete their ticket and baggage transactions 45 minutes before the scheduled departure time for our domestic flights and 60 minutes before our international flights." They wrote a silly answer like this. If it should have been 60 minutes ago then why is the recording open? Let them close, let's know from the beginning, we are late and now the ticket is burned. Otherwise, we have come to the last door, why do you put people in the home of the sucker? I suffered both material and moral damages with my little baby. Because the price of the 2nd ticket we bought was twice as expensive. I leave those who made us experience this to Allah.
