Turkish Airlines Personnel - Check-in Issue
I made a reservation for the 16:50 flight from my city (Diyarbakir) to Istanbul. I needed to be there by 16:05 for the check-in process. My father went to the check-in counter at 16:03-16:04. The person at the counter, B***, took the IDs and sent my father back to get the luggage. When my father returned with the luggage, he was told that we were late by one minute. However, B*** was on the phone and did not process our check-in. If she had not been distracted and had warned us about the time, the check-in could have been completed immediately. I request that the necessary actions be taken, the camera recordings be reviewed, and a refund be issued if necessary. I am filing a complaint against B*** and request urgent feedback.
