Turkish Airlines Did Not Refund My €400

On 03.09.2023, I purchased the 'From Start to Finish Spain & Andalusia Tour (MAD-BCN)' from Jolly Tour. Due to Turkish Airlines' overbooking system, I and 7 other passengers on the same tour, were not allowed to board our 10:00 AM flight from Istanbul to Madrid and were rescheduled to the 6:45 PM flight the same day. This caused us to lose a day of our tour. A Turkish Airlines representative at the airport informed us that we would receive €400 in compensation and provided a document stating that we could receive the payment by contacting Turkish Airlines sales offices or customer service with our IBAN. However, when we visited the sales offices, we were consistently told that they had no cash and were advised to call customer service. e": This can be changed to "I then called customer service and requested the payment to be transferred to my IBAN. Despite providing feedback with reference numbers TK_9364560 and TK_9368307, I still haven't received my money. It's been almost a month, and it's disappointing that a large company like Turkish Airlines cannot process this payment and has caused such inconvenience. We shouldn't have to constantly call customer service! We shouldn't hear from sales offices that they have no cash available. The money should have been transferred to our accounts within 3-5 days at the latest! Moreover, there are people living in remote areas who cannot easily visit sales offices in big cities, which creates additional inconvenience. As a result, I am still waiting for the payment, and I don't understand what Turkish Airlines is waiting for. Due to Turkish Airlines' overbooking policy, I lost a day of my holiday tour and had to endure their lack of responsiveness. It is truly disappointing that such a large company causes so much trouble for its customers and remains silent in the face of such a significant issue. I hope Turkish Airlines will do the right thing and transfer my money as soon as possible. I am still waiting...
