Helly Hansen Jacket From Viaport Developed Fabric Pilling Within One Month

I purchased a Helly Hansen brand jacket for $303 from The Moose by Viaport store in Viaport approximately one month ago. Despite only brief and normal use, noticeable pilling and fabric wear appeared on the jacket, making the product look severely worn out.

I took the item back to the store for inspection; however, following the review, I was told the issue was caused by user error, and no action was taken. I strictly refuse to accept that a jacket in this price range deteriorates to this condition in such a short time and that this is dismissed as user error.

Having purchased this jacket trusting Helly Hansen's quality, I demand that it be evaluated under defective product regulations and replaced with a new unit.
