I Am Demanding a Re-Inspection and Refund for My N11 Helly Hansen Shirt
I purchased a Helly Hansen Driftline Polo T-shirt from the seller Sport Work on N11 under order number 227067052947. Within approximately 10 days of purchase, despite washing it only once strictly according to the care label instructions—at 30 degrees Celsius and inside out—noticeable pilling developed on several areas of the shirt. Experiencing such a quality defect in so short a time on a garment with a price tag of 4,750 TRY has caused me deep disappointment.
For this reason, I sent the item back to Sport Work for quality inspection; however, my claim was rejected with a negative response in just 5 days. Neither a satisfactory explanation regarding the product's defect nor a solution-oriented approach was provided. Following this outcome, I have developed serious doubts regarding both the Helly Hansen brand and the authenticity and quality of the products sold by Sport Work.
I demand that the product under N11 order number 227067052947 be subjected to a detailed re-inspection, that manufacturing or fabric defects be acknowledged, and that a full refund or product exchange be processed. I request a complete re-evaluation of this issue and the initial rejection response for a product in this price segment.
