Helly Hansen Crest Watermoc Soles Came Apart After One Week of Use

I purchased the Helly Hansen Crest Watermoc Men's Water Shoes through Trendyol, but because I cannot access my account, I am unable to provide an order number. After using the shoes on my first vacation for only about one week, the glued sections began peeling apart. Having paid a significant price for this product while expecting high quality and durability, experiencing deformation in such a short timeframe left me deeply disappointed.

By my second vacation, the peeling worsened right from day one to the point of making the shoes virtually unusable. For a product marketed specifically as water shoes to deteriorate so quickly fails to inspire confidence and shows that I did not receive value for my money. Due to this situation, I was unable to reach a direct support channel or representative at Helly Hansen or Trendyol/Hepsiburada.

I demand either a full refund for this product or, if possible, a replacement with a higher-quality alternative suitable for the same purpose. I request that my grievance be resolved as soon as possible and that I be updated on the status.
