On October 20, while I was flying from Izmir to Rize with a stop in Istanbul, my luggage got lost. I uploaded all the necessary documents for my case number RZVTK15130 and called multiple times for updates, but Turkish Airlines hasn't responded at all. My luggage finally showed up after a long wait, but it was damaged and some stuff was missing. I’ve reached out several times about these new issues, but I haven’t heard back from them. I'm frustrated by the lack of communication and support. It makes me feel ignored as a customer. I have no option now but to take this to court. I really can’t say I’m grateful for the "great" communication I’ve had.
