Turkish Airlines Lost My Baby Stroller
On 12/08/2023, during the 12:40 Antalya-Ankara flight, my baby stroller got lost due to the staff's negligence. They didn't attach any tags, and we were told to leave our stroller at the entrance before boarding. Right before boarding, the last bag was taken by the lady before us. We left the stroller without a bag as instructed by the staff. I asked if it would be a problem without a bag, and the staff assured me twice, saying, 'No, no, don't worry. We are tracking everything and will take care of it.'
Upon landing in Ankara, the stroller was nowhere to be found. I can't comprehend how this could happen. The staff kept saying, 'Don't worry, we are tracking your baby stroller,' but it ended up lost. We traveled back to Muş from Ankara, and the stroller was still missing. We filed a lost item report at the airport, which was another hassle as the staff took an hour to fill out the form and I had to provide the address myself. This was our first time using Turkish Airlines, and it was an incredibly frustrating experience. We kindly request you to address this issue and resolve our inconvenience.
