Recover My Tiktok Account

I am a TikTok user from Uganda and I am having a serious problem accessing my account. My TikTok account was registered under the username “Proscovian123” and was linked to the email address “scovianabut***@gmail.com”. Last week I lost access to my phone and since then I have not been able to log in to my TikTok account. I no longer remember both the email password and the TikTok password, so I cannot receive any codes or reset links, and the normal recovery options have not helped me. I tried logging in several times but I keep failing and I am now completely locked out of my own account. I kindly request TikTok to help me restore access to my account, either by sending me a new recovery link or by guiding me through another way to verify that I am the real owner of the account. I would like to continue using my account and not lose all my content and followers.
