BGMI Banned My Account for 10 Years

I am a BGMI player from India using an Android device, and my in‑game account with the name “Hyper么Raj” and game ID 51403764692 has been permanently banned for 10 years without any valid reason shown to me. I have never used any third‑party applications, cheats, mods, or unfair tools while playing BGMI and I always try to follow the game’s rules and policies. Despite this, my account suddenly showed a 10‑year ban message, and I am now unable to log in and access my account. I request that my account be thoroughly reviewed manually and that the reason for this 10‑year ban be clearly explained. If this ban was applied by mistake or by an automated system error, I kindly ask for my account to be unbanned and fully restored, as I have invested a lot of time and effort into it.
