Turkish Airlines Landed in the Wrong City and Lost My Luggage During My Trip
The Turkish Airlines flight landed in Batman instead of Diyarbakır. Since there was no proper equipment at Batman Airport, they couldn’t unload our luggage and sent us to Diyarbakır by minibus. In the middle of the night, one of the staff members appeared to be under the influence of alcohol and shamelessly claimed, “I’m undergoing external treatment.” When we pointed out that he was drinking on duty, no one took any action. Our luggage still hasn’t arrived, and no one has called or followed up. My wallet was in my suitcase, and we came here for the Eid holiday, which has now been completely ruined. We’re borrowing clothes from our parents—something that wouldn’t happen even in the Stone Age. If anyone were to watch the airport security footage from last night, they would clearly see how badly everyone was affected.
