Turkish Airlines Flight Slow Wi-Fi Disappointment

On May 19, 2024, I purchased Wi-Fi service for ₺350 on flight TK2859 from Amasya Merzifon Airport to Istanbul Airport at 19:25. Naturally, when you pay ₺350, you expect an internet speed that allows you to handle your daily routine tasks. However, the internet was so slow it was almost non-existent. When you pay a certain amount, you expect to receive the service in return. I couldn't even measure the internet speed during the speed test, which means it was less than 1 Mbps. I understand I am on a plane and don't expect 500 Mbps, but this is unacceptable for the price paid. I request compensation for my loss from Turkish Airlines. This was my first time purchasing Wi-Fi service on a flight, and it will clearly be my last. It's not about the money anymore, but at least provide a decent service for the amount paid. It's a shame; stop misleading people.
