Turkish Airlines Flight Seat Change Issue on TK 700

I am a passenger on Turkish Airlines flight TK 700 to Sharm El Sheikh. On July 16, 2024, while boarding with my family, I discovered that our seat numbers had been changed. This situation is unworthy of Turkish Airlines or any flag carrier. Despite my 10-year-old daughter having a ticket linked to mine, ground services ignored this and randomly assigned us separate seats as if we were regular passengers. I was placed in one seat, my wife in another, and my 10-year-old daughter in yet another. The ground staff said it would be resolved on the plane, while the cabin supervisor said ground services would handle it. We stood for 30 minutes, and my daughter could not sit next to either of her parents. Is this situation suitable for a child's psychology? How do you make such decisions? I expect an explanation. I also noticed that I was not the only one affected. An Egyptian family had two children, aged 3 or 4, in one seat, the mother in another, and the father in yet another. Another couple was also separated and tried to sit together by pleading. Everyone started searching for solutions on their own. The cabin crew was helpless, and the ground staff was indifferent. My beloved Turkish Airlines plane felt like a minibus. I have one question: What do these employees want from families like mine who choose Turkish Airlines for a good time? When did such unqualified people start managing this? It's a shame that our country's most important brand has fallen into such hands. Truly, it's a shame; our national pride has let us down...
