Turkish Airlines Changed Our Seats And Cabin Crew Behaved Rudely

My name is Ce*** K******. After completing our Umrah, my wife, son, and I boarded an Anadolu Jet flight, a subsidiary of Turkish Airlines, from Jeddah to Ankara on February 5, 2024. Despite having ticket numbers 05, we were seated in different seats. Additionally, when we requested to sit in our assigned seats, the cabin crew was rude and said, 'You can get off if you can.' To avoid further upsetting other passengers, we stood for the first 10 minutes and then sat in separate seats for another 15 minutes. It was only in the 35th minute that my wife, son, and I were able to sit together in different seats. Would Turkish Airlines have done this if we were a family coming from abroad? My wife's blood pressure spiked, my blood sugar levels increased, and my son was scared during takeoff. I want you to know that I will seek both financial and emotional compensation. I strongly condemn this behavior.
