Turkish Airlines Flight Issue Due to Forgotten ID Despite No Problems on Outbound Flight

On May 7, 2024, we booked a return flight at 17:15. When we arrived at the airport, we realized we had forgotten our child's ID at home, so we brought a copy of the population registration and a printed image of the ID. Since we encountered no issues during our outbound flight, we did not obtain temporary ID information for the return flight. My spouse is a military personnel, and as the parents of our child, we faced no problems on the outbound flight. However, at counters 42 and 43 in the domestic terminal, we were told in an inappropriate and mocking manner that we could not board the flight. Despite explaining our situation and mentioning that we faced no issues on our outbound flight, they did not assist us. The staff's attitude and behavior created a very unpleasant situation, and I request that my grievance be addressed. They stated that documents obtained from the e-government portal have no significance and are not officially accepted by their company. Although all documents on e-government are valid in every state institution, I find it unacceptable that your company disregards and does not accept these documents. I hope my grievance is resolved.
