Turkish Airlines Flight Delay Compensation Issue
I had a flight with Turkish Airlines on 13.10.2023 from Izmir to Ankara, and then from Ankara to Agri. Due to a delay in Izmir, our landing in Ankara was late. As a result, we missed our connecting flight to Agri. They sent us to Kars instead and promised to arrange transportation from Kars to Agri. However, upon landing in Kars, there was no vehicle available. We had to rent a taxi at our own expense. I submitted feedback requesting a refund for the taxi fare, which was not our fault. They offered to refund only about 10% of the amount I paid. The amount they offered is equivalent to a bus fare, but there were no buses available at the time we arrived in Kars. They misled us, caused us inconvenience, and now they are mocking us. I demand a full refund of the amount I paid.
