Turkish Airlines Delayed the Refund

I booked a flight with Turkish Airlines (THY) from Izmir to Kayseri with a layover in Istanbul. Due to a delayed departure from Izmir, I missed my connecting flight from Istanbul to Kayseri. As a result, I couldn't reach Kayseri and had to return to Izmir, ruining all my plans. When I requested a refund, they only refunded one flight. Later, I learned from their staff and other sources that they should refund both flights. On August 17, I submitted feedback explaining the situation and requested a refund for the other flight as well. After some time, I received an email stating that I was entitled to a €44 refund, which I could either use for future flights or receive as a bank refund. Following the instructions in the email, I shared my bank details and requested a refund. However, a long time passed, and the money was not deposited. When I called, they explained that it should have been deposited already and created urgent feedback. Again, a long time passed, and nothing happened. I called again, received the same explanations, and they created another feedback. This cycle repeated over several months. I have been struggling with THY for 2-3 months now. When I went to the airport to get the payment, they said there was no cash available 😄 If this payment is not made soon, I will escalate this issue to all necessary authorities.
