Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Poor Customer Service Experience

I had promised myself not to use Turkish Airlines again after my last lost baggage incident, but I unknowingly ended up being a victim of their subsidiary Anadolu Jet. I had booked a ticket for the 2:40 Kuwait-Istanbul Sabiha-Izmir flight. I don't have a residence permit in Kuwait; I was there for work. Firstly, the flight was delayed by 3 hours. Then, after taking off, the plane returned due to a technical fault an hour later. Upon landing, no one provided any information for 2 hours. When someone finally came, they gave information in Arabic. The call center is of no help, and no one seems to be aware of the situation. The funny part was that they told me to go and talk to the ticket sales office. Do I have a visa to re-enter the country and talk to the sales office? I then applied for an online visa, got it approved in an hour, and met with Turkish Airlines officials. They gave me a seat on the 12.00 flight to Istanbul, but I had to wait 6 hours for the Izmir connection. I arrived in Istanbul, and went to the ticket office and transfer desk, but received no priority despite being in distress for 16 hours. It's clear and simple: success comes from service, not from flying passengers due to Istanbul's geopolitical importance. Turkish Airlines, you are great when everything is fine, but you fail when things go wrong. You disappointed me.
