Umingle Unjust Video Chat Ban For Disruptive Behavior

I have been using the Umingle.com video chat service and on 22 July 2026 my account was suddenly banned without any valid reason. I was using the video chat normally, keeping my face clearly visible on camera, and not engaging in any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour. Despite this, your automated system flagged my activity and imposed a ban. On the ban screen, the only explanation given is “Disruptive Behavior” and a Ban ID of 729b08b6. At the same time, I am asked to pay 99 rupees to have the ban lifted instantly. I strongly object to being forced to pay a fee to remove what is clearly a false, AI-generated ban caused by a mistaken interpretation of a normal gesture or background movement. I request that my ban be removed immediately and my account access fully restored without any payment. In addition, I expect you to review and improve your automated moderation system so that users are not unfairly banned and then asked to pay to recover access when they have not violated any rules.
