Turkish Airlines Flight Delay and Meal Service Issue
Dear Officials,
I would like to share a few issues I experienced during my flight with Turkish Airlines TK2243. Although our flight was scheduled to depart at 20:15, we were informed that it was delayed until 23:00. During this delay, I communicated our hunger and the high prices at the airport to the staff, but I was told that no meal service would be provided because the delay had not reached 3 hours.
Unfortunately, despite being delayed for 2 hours and 45 minutes, I was only given comments about the remaining 15 minutes. It is quite upsetting that no solution has been found for this inconvenience and unfairness.
With this letter, I want to draw your attention to the issue I experienced and request that my grievance be addressed. I kindly ask for an urgent response and resolution to this situation.
