In my opinion, Turkish Airlines is the most irresponsible airline in the world. On a beautiful day, instead of arriving in Şırnak on September 13th, our plane did not land twice and took us back to Diyarbakır Airport. The pilot said everything was fine. They mentioned that they couldn't land due to airport traffic. Then they said we would refuel and take off for Şırnak again in an hour. After an hour, they said they were mistaken and couldn't land due to weather conditions. They landed us in Diyarbakır, and we arrived at the airport in Şırnak after a 4-hour bus ride. There wasn't even a bird at the airport. I called a taxi and ended up spending a fortune instead of the ₺100 I would have paid for Havaş. After a 3-hour journey, I arrived at around midnight. While I was demanding compensation, they told me to find the taxi driver and ask for a receipt, and to get a receipt from the restaurant. At that hour, should I look for a receipt for a taxi I found and a hot meal? How can I go back all that way? Refund the money I spent because of you.
