Turkish Airlines Flight Check-in Issue

Today at 12:30 PM, I had a flight from Istanbul Airport to Bingol Airport. However, I missed the online check-in by 4 minutes and was directed to the counters. The staff there, although helpful, caused a delay due to their careful guidance. By the time it was my turn at the counter, I still had 35 minutes before the flight departure. At counter D21, if I remember correctly, I informed the staff that I had no luggage and needed assistance with my ticket. Despite this, my ticket was canceled without my knowledge. The passenger before me, who had luggage and was flying to Ardahan at the same time of 12:30 PM, was assisted and allowed to board. As far as I know, all passengers have equal rights with every airline. However, it appears that I was not treated fairly and equally. I needed to be in Bingol by 5:00 PM today, but due to the lack of assistance from your company, I had to postpone my plans. Additionally, I had to buy a new ticket for ₺1807 from a different city on the same day. I have suffered losses in terms of time, money, and emotional distress due to THY. I will also incur further losses traveling between Diyarbakir and Bingol today. I request that all my grievances be addressed and that the necessary actions be taken against the employee involved. If my grievances are not addressed, I will initiate legal proceedings with the airport entry documents (with photos) that I have.
