Turkish Airlines Flight Cancellation Issue and Feedback System Problems
I experienced a health issue before my THY flight. I have four medical reports regarding this. I went to the emergency room and received an injection for the pain. I had four flights within a week in Europe before this trip. Therefore, I couldn't attend the subsequent flights. I informed THY about this and sent all the required documents exactly as requested.
Unfortunately, for the past two weeks, there have been numerous errors on the THY Feedback page. Files cannot be uploaded, and even if they are uploaded, they cannot be saved. When I spoke with the Call Center for half an hour, the representative was also unable to save the files. I sent the documents via Facebook, opened feedback 7-8 times, and called countless times, but there was no progress.
I keep receiving robotic emails, such as 'you can cancel within the rules.' I travel to Europe at least once a month with THY. I urgently request a refund for this reservation; otherwise, I will seek my legal rights. The last feedback code is: 9142115. All details are included there.
Hello, We have been in communication through feedback for 1 month. Feedback systems often do not work, and the Call Center cannot enter feedback or provide information. Even when it works, despite uploading my Diagnosis and Treatment report many times, the response is negative. When I ask what is missing, I need to ask at least 3 times, and we receive very general/robotic answers like "reports are missing." THY is currently not acting in accordance with the procedure. If this is not resolved this month, I will seek my rights legally.
