Subject: THY Ticket Change & Refund
Hello,
I was unable to attend my flight with THY in March due to my father's cancer diagnosis and hospitalization. I explained this situation to their customer service and also created a feedback report. However, I have not received a clear response from them since March. I uploaded all the documents they requested into the system. Although they should not have asked for my personal data for such a record, I even uploaded a population registration sample to prove that I am my father's daughter. In the end, just to close the file, they concluded the issue by saying that the documents do not belong to me. I want to share here the unethical behavior shown to me by the institution, which is financed with our taxes, in the face of a force majeure situation. I have been writing feedback through their system for a month.
