My MetaTrader 5 Withdrawal Has Been Blocked for Three Days
I trade on the MetaTrader 5 platform through a brokerage firm called Ikastrade. My account number is 39063. Although my account currently shows a balance of approximately $19,869, I have been unable to withdraw it for about three days.
A total of $9,000 was deducted from my account because of swap transactions. I initially requested a refund of this amount and later asked to cancel the swap refund request. However, Ikastrade is now using that cancellation request as a reason to withhold my balance. When I submitted a withdrawal request, I was told that I would need to complete 232 lots of trading volume before I could withdraw my money.
A trading volume of 232 lots is so high that it would be nearly impossible to complete within a few days. This condition was never disclosed when I opened the account. As a result, I effectively cannot access or use my money. I made business plans based on the funds shown in my account and urgently need at least part of this balance within the next two or three days.
Although I have repeatedly asked to speak with a manager or authorized executive, my requests have been ignored. I have screenshots documenting these requests. Working with Ikastrade and conducting business through this firm has become a major regret.
I have suffered financial harm because of Ikastrade’s swap deduction, the cancellation of the swap refund, the incomplete refund, and the newly imposed 232-lot requirement. I am requesting that my entire account balance be made immediately available for withdrawal without any additional conditions.
