GeForce NOW Ultimate Connects but Will Not Launch My Games

I use the NVIDIA GeForce NOW Ultimate one-month, 100-hour plan. Although I have paid for the subscription every month for approximately four or five months, I cannot play many games. The app displays a connecting message, but the games never launch. The screen simply freezes, and I cannot enter the game.

This problem occurs almost every day and has completely ruined my gaming experience. I also cannot find an accessible support or customer service channel within the platform, so I have been unable to report the issue directly.

I do not believe I am receiving the service I am paying for. I am requesting that NVIDIA investigate this GeForce NOW game connection and launch problem and provide a permanent solution as soon as possible.
