My MetaTrader 5 Position Reversed and My Account Was Stopped Out

I deposited $441 and began trading through the Agile Global server on MetaTrader 5. After several trades, my account showed a profit of approximately $7,500. I was then instructed to open a position in cotton. Although I opened the trade in the correct direction, I noticed that the position had somehow reversed by itself, and my account was stopped out.

When I reported the problem, the company blamed me for the error. When I requested the return of my initial deposit, I was told that my account had been stopped out and that I needed to deposit an additional $1,500 before I could withdraw my money. I explained that I could not make another deposit, but they stated that they would not return the $441 I had already invested.

I believe I have suffered financial harm through the transactions conducted on the Agile Global server using MetaTrader 5. I am requesting the immediate and full return of my $441 initial deposit.
