Trade Global Has Not Paid My $784 MetaTrader 5 Balance

I traded on the MetaTrader 5 platform through a brokerage firm called Trade Global. Although the company promised to execute certain trades on my behalf, it did not handle those trades itself. Instead, it transferred my account to another person, who then opened what I believe were malicious trades. This experience caused me significant emotional distress and financial harm.

The problem began on July 20, 2026, and I stopped the transactions on July 24, 2026. My account currently shows an outstanding balance of $784, but the company has not paid me. An accounting representative last called me on Monday afternoon and promised that the payment would be made on Tuesday morning. That promise was also broken, and I received no payment.

Because Trade Global failed to honor its commitments and transferred my account to another person who opened harmful trades, I am requesting an immediate resolution. The full $784 balance shown in my MetaTrader 5 account must be paid to me without further delay.
