Not being able to use the Troy feature on THY Miles Smiles cards. I was using Kuveyt Turk's Miles Smiles card. I could not switch to Troy, so I closed the card. However, other banks do not have the Miles Smiles card with Troy feature. Why can't I use Turkey's payment method (Troy) on a promotional card belonging to Turkish Airlines? I invite THY and all banks to serve. I'll get a Miles Smiles card from whichever player has Troy.
