THY Anadolu Jet has changed to Ajet, and now the miles we collect through Miles and Smiles from flights and credit cards can no longer be used for Ajet flights. From now on, miles are only valid for THY flights departing from the 3rd Airport. This is really hard to understand. Why should someone living on the Anatolian side, like Tuzla or Pendik, travel to a faraway place that takes 2-3 hours just to use their miles? I will cancel both my membership and the credit card I use to earn miles. Maybe they won't care much, but at least I will show my reaction this way. By the way, even in this situation, which I assume is to compete with Pegasus, there was almost a double price difference between the Ajet and Pegasus flights I checked for the same day.
